## Framework
- Nexus53 — the Labs 53 migration framework. A controlled framework for understanding, rebuilding, proving and transferring complex data estates.
- Trace53 — estate intelligence and assessment. Inventory, lineage, dependency and orphan analysis, complexity tiering and an evidence-based effort model. Available as a standalone engagement.
- Shift53 — conversion and rebuild. Transformation logic, procedures, packages, orchestration, CDC patterns and target data modelling. Repeating patterns are generated deterministically from repository metadata; AI assistance is applied only to bespoke logic and runs inside the client's own cloud tenancy, on metadata rather than business data, with human review and reconciliation before anything ships.
- Proof53 — validation and reconciliation. Parallel run, row-count and aggregate reconciliation, business-rule validation and sign-off evidence. Reconciliation compares returned metrics; no business data is moved between platforms.
- Operate53 — enablement and transition. Runbooks, knowledge transfer, restart procedures, lineage documentation and BAU ownership.
- Nexus53 for ODI — the framework applied to Oracle Data Integrator estates, including repository analysis and knowledge module census.
